Hi I'm Paul

I'm a dentist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a dentist and love what I do. I have a wonderful wife and three beautiful children. I love to golf, mountain bike and play with my family. I served a mission for the LDS church in El Salvador and grew to love the people there.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by good parents. There came a point in my life that I had to find out for myself if I believed what members of my family had believed for generations. I decided to read the Book of Mormon for myself, completely, something I had only started before. As I read, the book changed my life. A power came into my life to serve others and experience peace and joy that I previously had not possessed. I knew the book was true before I finished it and when I did finish it I had a powerful feeling that I was on the right path. I know Joseph Smith is a true prophet. All of these things have brought me closer to my Savior, Jesus Christ. He is my Redeemer and I now strive to emulate His life and live His teachings.

How I live my faith

In my local ward I am in charge of the young men's program. What a wonderful experience it is to be with good young men during the formative years of their lives. I love to watch them grow. Their successes feel like my successes. It is my sincere prayer that I can help them find their way to becoming good, faithful men who believe in and reverence the Savior of the world. I hope they learn to serve those in their community and stand for true principles wherever they are found.

What is being a Mormon like?

Paul
Being a Mormon is a wonderful thing! We are trying our best, although imperfectly, to follow the example of our Savior, Jesus Christ. The Savior's life was filled with family, friends and other good things life has to offer. Yet He never lost sight of His mission which was to be about His Father's business serving others. As I serve those around me, it gives me a great sense of love for others and brings joy into my life. I love the Savior for showing me how to be happy. Show more Show less
