Hi I'm Kristin

I'm a mother of 3 busy boys, I own a running company with my husband, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My greatest and busiest calling in life is being a mother. My three boys keep me on my toes and sometimes when there are too many burps and references to bodily functions at the dinner table, I have to remind myself that this is what I really want to do. My husband's biggest passion is running and a few months ago, he realized his dream of owning a running company full-time. Together we manage races, training programs and an apparel line and we try both try to keep in shape by practicing what we preach, running! When we are not running, we are enjoying the outdoors through biking, hiking and camping. I also enjoy playing the piano, reading, and watching movies.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have gained a personal testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel. I have read the Book of Mormon and have received personal revelation that it is true. I have listened to the past and present church leaders and have found peace and safety when I follow what they say. I have found that keeping the commandments brings happiness and love into my family. I know that my Heavenly Father lives and He loves me and the way that I show that I love Him back is by keeping His commandments and doing what He asks me to do. I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that He came to earth to atone for our sins and die for us so that we could return to live with Him.

How I live my faith

I love serving my Heavenly Father through the different service opportunities that I am asked to do in our ward. Since I know how to play the piano, I am often called to play the piano and organ for the various meetings throughout our church service. I have also worked with the youth of the church and have helped organize a girl's camp for over 85 teenage girls. My most favorite thing that I get to do is be a Visiting Teacher. This means that I am assigned a few women in our ward to visit at least once a month. I have gained many great friendships and mentors through my service as a visiting teacher.
