Hi I'm Aaron

I grew up in Arizona and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up mostly in a small town in Arizona. I now live in Colorado where I am currently working till I start school. I enjoy camping sports especially football and just about anything else outdoors. I love working with animals and with my hands. I am a soon to be dad. And I'm really excited for it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the LDS church. I went to church ever Sunday with my family and started learning about God when I was very little. As I grew up I started to really learn what it means to have Gods restored church here on earth. Knowing that God still talks to his children through a prophet wonderfull. God has restored his priesthood on earth so that we can enjoy the blessings of having an eternal family. Having an understanding of these things and knowing that this is Christ's church is why I continue follow Gods gospel by actively participating in the LDS church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be like Jesus. I attend church every Sunday. I am a teacher for some of the youth ages 11-12. I am also a scout leader. I visit other members to make sure that they are doing well. I try to be a good example of Christ in all that I do.

What is the Book of Mormon?

"The Book of Mormon" is as it says in its full title another testament of Jesus Christ. The Bible is a history of Gods dealings with the people in the old world. "The Book of Mormon" is a record of Gods dealings with his people here in the Americas. It was written by prophets of old. The whole purpose of the book is to convince men to come unto Christ and enjoy his gospel. You can know for yourself if it is true by reading it and then asking our Heavenly Father if it is true. He will tell you in your mind and in your heart that it is. I know it to be the word of God and you can too. Show more Show less
