Hi I'm Bob

I was raised in Utah, lived in Georgia, spent time in Ohio. I have a wonderful wife and two great kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of two young children. The only time that I spend away from them is on dates with my wife, working, and golfing. We have not lived in Colorado a long time, but the time we have spent here we have gained many great experiences and have learned to enjoy the outdoors. I am a small businesses owner as well as a dentist. I work with great people and enjoy my time with people who are in need and are seeking great care. This year I have rejuvenated my love for the game of golf. Though it may be a love hate relationship. Sometimes I love the game other times I hate it....ask my wife. I have been a member of the mormon faith all of my life. I learned while in my youth the importance of knowing who Jesus Christ is and what he has done for me and all of us. I love and thank HIm daily.

Why I am a Mormon

I am mormon because I love Jesus Christ ad want to follow him and his plan. It makes complete sense to me that the Jesus would establish a gospel and an organization that would allow his truths to be shared and enjoyed. However when that established church was lost and forgotten it was necessary for the Lord to reestablish his church on the earth. Jesus Christ lives today, He has called and ordained a prophet and 12 apostles to teach and guide us all in the most trying, and uncertain time since the beginning of man. I am a mormon because when I truly kneel, and ask my Heavenly Father about living prophets, the Book of Mormon, and having faith in His Son Jesus Christ my prayers are answered with an overwhelming sensation of peace and joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the best I can. I go to church with my family. I study the scriptures, pray, and again do my best. I love to visit individuals who want to learn more about the Mormon faith. I also visit other members of the Mormon faith to help strengthen their beliefs, which in turn always strengthen mine. I try to teach my family principles of being kind, honest, and ever following the path Jesus showed.

Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Bob
The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. Just as prophets and apostles in Jerusalem were called and asked to write their experiences and teachings, which was later complied into the Bible, there were prophets and apostles who were called and commanded to write their experiences and teachings who lived in the ancient americas. Jesus Christ spoke of other sheep of another fold, these people of the americas were those other sheep. With both the Bible and the Book of Mormon we can understand and know who Jesus Christ is and know what our purpose in life really is. Show more Show less
