Hi I'm Rob

I grew up the youngest of 8 in Southern CA, love playing sports, & being with family. I work in pharmaceuticals. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the husband of a beautiful wife of 18+ years that I met on a blind date. We are parents of five wonderful children our Heavenly Father has blessed us with, three girls and two boys. They each are wonderful blessings in my life, and one has something extra for us to enjoy, Down Syndrome. We enjoy skiing together, and vacationing in warm, sunny and close to the ocean places. I enjoy scuba diving, as well, and I played high school basketball and volleyball.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many reasons I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The most crucial one for me is hope. A hope in the eternal nature of our existence, both before I was born and after I pass on from this mortal life. A hope in the opportunity to be better each day than I was yesterday. A hope that someday I will see my Savior, Jesus Christ, and my Heavenly Father. And a hope that I will live with my family forever, well beyond our earth life, in true happiness and joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be like Jesus in how He loves, serves, and invites all to participate in His joy. I spend quite a bit of time around friends and family through church, and we all support each other. I am a Bishop in a local ward (congregation), which brings me joy as I help others through this thing we call life. If we can't help each other, how could we endure some of the sorrows, or experience some of the joys.
