Hi I'm Alisha

I'm a wife, a mother, and a little obsessed with cheesecake. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I married the man of my dreams, and have three amazing children with one on the way. I love to run, read, play games and eat. I can't sew, knit, crochet, paint, or do anything really crafty...and that's okay!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family. I feel blessed to have been taught from a young age the gospel of Jesus Christ. Just like anyone else there came a time when I had to find out for myself if the church was true, and stop relying on my parents' testimonies. I am a Mormon because it is who I am. It makes me happy. I have read, studied and prayed to know the truth for myself. I know that my family will be together forever. I know that we are led and guided by a living prophet on the Earth today. I know that Christ suffered for me because He loves me. He can make up for all of my imperfections. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and blesses my life every day. I want to share the happiness the gospel has brought to my life with everyone.

How I live my faith

I serve in the children's organization Primary of the "Eagle Springs" ward. I LOVE interacting with the children. I get to work with children from 3 - 12 years old and help teach them about Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In the church you always have friends. We like to meet together visiting teaching to visit and share uplifting thoughts and spiritual messages with each other. Sometimes we meet up for lunch, at the park, or just visit in someone's home. I try to teach my children about Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. I hope that they will be able to one day find out for themselves just as I did that this is the true church. Together we pray, read scripture stories, and do Family Home Evening. I believe being a good mother and wife is my most important calling.
