Hi I'm Jeff

I'm a Mormon and grew up in northern California in the Bay Area. I now live in Westminster Colorado.

About Me

I love the outdoors and have been active all my life. Some of my hobbies are hiking, riding my motorcycle and hunting. My wife and I love to go on walks with our dogs and enjoy spending time with our three boys and other extended family members. I have completed both undergraduate and graduate level studies and work in the telecommunications industry. My work is important me and I also understand that balance in life is also critical!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I joined the church after finding a personal testimony of it's truthfulness when I was 35 years of age. I am grateful to have been exposed to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints. The teachings are of an eternal nature and offers me the opportunity to be with my wife and family for time and all eternity. Finding balance in life is always a challenge. Service is a big part of our families life. As members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints we find opportunities to server in our communities and members in our ward. I have found that serving others is one of the greatest keys to personal happiness.

How I live my faith

I am the Bishop of our ward. I love the members of our ward and enjoy the opportunity to help counsel ward members and others in times of need. One of my favorite callings is working with the youth of our ward. I have the opportunity to meet with them several times each week in both church and activity based settings. I love the youth, they are full of hope and happiness and will one day lead our churches and country. Being a Mormon is a life style. It's not something you do only on Sunday. We are taught to service and share the good news of the gospel. Helping others come to a knowledge of the truthfulness of the gospel is a powerful and fulfilling responsibility. I do my best to live my life as an example to others such that they may in some way have a desire to learn more about the gospel of Jesus Christ.
