Hi I'm Alexander

Grew up in the Washington D.C. area, served a mission in Arizona and now residing in Idaho.

About Me

I grew up in a suburb in Maryland just outside Washington D.C. I enjoy listening to classic rock music and watching classic British comedy. I enjoy reading books including gospel related books and even just fun comedy books. I love making people laugh. I feel that if I can make someone laugh then they have a smile on their face and it seems that their day goes alot better. I also enjoy a good laugh myself. I enjoy talking with those around and listening. I feel that everyone has a story to share and Iove learning about people.

Why I am a Mormon

Well my family joined the church when I was a young kid and so I grew up within the faith. I was baptized at 8 years old but as a teenage you always seem to have to put things to the test. So I did put it to the test and inquired of the Lord if the Book of Mormon is true. I received my answer and was quite thrilled with it. I knew at that moment that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church that is led today by a prophet of God.

How I live my faith

I feel that I live my faith by following the commandments of Jesus Christ. Im not perfect by any means but thats ok. I live each day always trying to improve upon what I learn from the Yesterdays and then apply them to my todays and tomorrows. I find that I have been able to really improve alot since serving a mission and hope to continue building upon the foundation that I have.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Alexander
I know the reason why I served a mission is because the message that we share as missionaries is one that I have personally seen bless the lives of those who were lost. By lost I mean that they were seeking answers to some of life's biggest questions and I have seen their questions answered. Show more Show less
