Hi I'm Francesca

I'm a wife, goof-ball, movie buff and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love playing softball! It has been a part of my life for over 14 years now. I have traveled all over the U.S. playing on various competitive teams in national tournaments. I played college softball in Arizona. I also love chemistry and biology, so I am pursuing a medicinal chemistry degree where I can use both. I also love watching all sorts of movies from scary to comedy, from chick flicks to action films I love them all! I am married to an amazing man who encourages me to be myself, no matter how goofy I get! One of my favorite things to do with my friends or family is tell jokes that are super lame! We all end up laughing because the jokes are so bad! I love being a goof-ball!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because of the love I feel when I know I can always be made perfect through the Atonement of the Savior. For a few years I went through a really rough time. I didn't listen to the counsel of my family, friends and church leaders. I didn't know where to turn to feel peace or comfort. In search of those things I tried to find anything but what my good friends and family members wanted me to do. I felt empty all the time. I would attend church regularly but I didn't get anything out of the meetings. One day I had a really good friend who was going through the same thing I was and we both knew what we had to do to find the peace and the comfort we were looking for. We both felt at some point like it was a lost cause and we were way too far off the path to come back. But the members of our stake helped us feel so loved that now I have a firm testimony of the power of the Atonement and that anyone who is seeking its healing power will obtain it. I'm Mormon because I know I mess up, but I know that I can be forgiven. It is an amazing feeling knowing that there is a Savior who truly cares and knows the pain and the suffering that everyone on the earth is feeling. I love knowing that there is always someone else who knows exactly what I'm going through and is there to help me get through whatever comes my way.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending every meeting held by the church that I can attend such as sunday services, activities with my ward, temple trips and service activities. I love visiting with the women in my ward because they always inspire me to promote the gospel through my everyday life.
