Hi I'm Anna B.

I'm a grad student at the University of South Carolina. I'm from the northwest. I love movies and books. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently working on a degree in British Literature and hope to be an English professor when I'm done. I enjoy the beach and traveling and would love to live in the UK someday, at least for a little while. I served an LDS mission in NYC--great place, great times. I like to watch football and baseball and love to swim and do anything in the water. I would love to write screenplays and film reviews.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family and have always known that the LDS church is true. I feel its goodness as I live the principles it teaches. As I've studied the scriptures and the teachings of modern day prophets I have felt a spiritual conviction that this is the gospel of Jesus Christ. I marvel that I know about it and have it in my life. My faith and my family are more important than anything else.

How I live my faith

I taught Sunday school for a long time and it was a great experience. Studying the scriptures in order to teach from them helped me feel closer to God and strengthened my belief and trust in Christ. One of the things I love most about the Church of Jesus Christ is how I always feel like I'm with family when I'm there. When I meet other members of the church I feel an instant connection with them. I know that I can attend church anywhere in the world and that the teachings will be the same and that I will be able to find a group of loving and supportive friends.
