Hi I'm Mary Ann

I am a home daycare operator as well as a busy mom with 5 young kids. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up knowing two things that I wanted to be when I was older. I wanted to be a Elementary teacher to share my love of learning with kids and help them be the best they can be. I also wanted to be a wife and a mother. I now have 5 beautiful children who are a joy in my life as well as a loving husband who supports me in all that I want or need to do. Although I am not currently teaching, I did complete my degree in Elementary Education and I am able to share that knowledge helping my kids learn and grow. I am blessed to share my love of life and learning with other sweet children through my home daycare. When I have spare time I love to read and cook as well as spend time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints all my life, I have had to gain a testimony of the truthfulness of the church on my own. Small moments built upon each other and testified by the Spirit have helped my testimony grow. The gospel gives me direction and makes my life happier through knowledge and purpose to each day. Just as the name states, this is the Church of Jesus Christ built upon the teachings of our Savior with all the truth restored. With this knowledge, I try to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ so that I can be with my family forever. I share my testimony and knowledge of the Savior with my family and those around me. I know that the family is central to Heavenly Father's plan and that knowledge helps me even when it is tough to keep going with all that is expected of me. Heavenly Father has a plan for me and that knowlege gives me peace and a desire to follow Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I have always had a love of young children and the excitement that they share of everything around them and their understanding of the simplicity of the gospel. I have had many opportunities to teach the children but often find myself learning from them. I take some of that love of others that comes so naturally to children and try to help others around me. I try to live my life in a way that their is no question what I believe.
