Hi I'm Cynthia

I'm a Mormon. My husband and I have three children. I am the Director of Admissions and Academics in an independent school.

About Me

I love teaching and working with children. I have taught most grades from early childhood through middle school. Currently, I am the Director of Admissions and Academic Coordinator of an independent school. During my free time, I enjoy being with my family. My husband and I along with our three children enjoy skiing, river running, and of course, going out to dinner!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As long as I can remember, I have known that we are all daughters and sons of our Heavenly Father. I have felt his influence in my life through many situations and events. After reading and praying about the Book of Mormon, I came to the realization that the gospel is true. I am comforted by my knowledge that the bonds of family extend beyond the grave, and that families can be together for the eternities.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a Stake Young Women's President in the church. With this calling I am able to work with the youth of the church, ages 12-18. I help plan youth conferences, girls camps, and many other activities. These events help our youth understand that they are loved of our Heavenly Father and that He has a plan for their lives. The activities help our young women come to know the Savior, Jesus Christ. I enjoy working with our youth, and seeing how the gospel strengthens them.
