Hi I'm Matt

I love making and listening to music. I am in pharmacy school. I enjoy making people laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a happily married man who loves his wife and is looking forward to one day being a parent. I am currently in my second year of pharmacy school where I will one day graduate with a PharmD degree. I've wanted to do that for pretty much my whole life. I enjoy watching movies and get too sucked in to video games. If I had more time I would spend it trying to be musical as it is easily my second love (my wife is first), but for now listening will suffice.

Why I am a Mormon

My life is better being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, sometimes I find myself thinking what my life would be like if I wasn't, and I don't think I'd be where I am today. I questioned my membership years ago and through reading the Book of Mormon and praying to my Heavenly Father, I found the answers I was looking for. I am grateful for my trials and my blessings, I am strengthened by them. I have a relationship with my Heavenly Father that I am grateful for, I know he loves me. I am also grateful for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and that because of it I can be forgiven of my mistakes. I'm a Mormon because this church contains the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon because my life is blessed by the lessons I learn and the inspiration I receive as I study the Holy Bible and The Book of Mormon. I'm a Mormon because I know that by being obedient and following the example of Jesus Christ will allow me to be with my family forever and live in His presence.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to be the best that I can. I am friendly, outgoing, and attempt to always have a smile on my face. Outside of church service I try to help others when they struggle with anything. I want to be there for others in their times of need, whether that need is a listening ear, a clean yard, or comfort. As for my church service, I lead songs during our meetings and serve as a secretary in a presidency that oversees the needs of our church community.
