Hi I'm Bryce.

I'm a consultant. I love Seattle. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and studied economics at BYU. I enjoy watching baseball and soccer and like to play racquetball. Skyscrapers fascinate me and I was able to see several of the tallest in the world on a trip to Asia.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I was a child I've had a testimony of the Book of Mormon. It has taught me about God's plan for me, showed me what Christ has done for me, and has helped me to live a happy and fulfilling life. Because I know that the Book of Mormon is true I know that God chose Joseph Smith to be a prophet. God directs prophets to do his work and we can trust them to do God's will. Since Joseph Smith was a prophet I trust he did God's will in restoring Christ's church.

How I live my faith

I attend church, study the scriptures and pray daily, and try to improve myself to become more like the Savior.

Why do Mormons believe in the Bible?

I believe the Bible because I feel the Holy Ghost testify of Christ when I read it. John quotes Christ in chapter 15 verse 26 that "The spirit of truth, which procedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me." The Holy Ghost can only testify of truth and since I feel it when I read the Bible, I know that its message about the Savior is true. From reading the Bible I have developed an understanding of the Savior's love for all people and of the way he needs me to live my life. I am grateful that people took the time to record and compile testimonies of Christ and know that by following Christ's example and living his commandments, we can all live with God again.
