Hi I'm Megan

I'm a mother of three, a wife and a dental hygienist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I attended BYU where I met my wonderful husband. It was love at first sight and I knew that the only way for me to be truly happy was to marry him in the temple so that we could have an eternal family. After we were married in the Salt Lake Temple, I had the opportunity to return to my home state of Colorado and attend dental hygiene school. We now have three incredible children where my very full-time jobs is taking care of our young children and my part-time job is to work as a hygienist. I love to read, do crafts, sew and play with my children.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony of our Savior, Jesus Christ, a living prophet through whom we receive continuing revelation and in the Book of Mormon as another testament of our Savior. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ, and I know this is the true Gospel. I can't help but know it is true every time I read the Bible or Book of Mormon or by listening to the words of our prophet. When I do what is right and I keep the commandments, I can be truly happy. I can feel true joy by living the way all principles of the gospel. I am so grateful for Joseph Smith having the courage to say a prayer and ask our Heavenly Father which church was true. I am grateful for my family and for opportunity we have been given to be together forever.

How I live my faith

I am in the Relief Society presidency of our ward (17 and older women). I currently am in charge of all the week day activities for the women. We do humanitarian projects, have dinners, have nights for women to feel the Spirit by having edifying speakers, craft nights, recipe and book club. I am so grateful for this opportunity because I am able to be in close contact with the women of the ward so that I am able to plan activities that will fill their individual needs.
