Hi I'm Craig

I grew up in Snohomish, met my eternal companion at Washington State University, we were baptized when we were 30 years old.

About Me

I have a computer science degree from Washington State University. I am currently the IT manager at the local paper mill. I am involved with the Boy Scouts. I enjoy sailing, skiing, hiking, working in my yard, and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized in my 30's and have never looked back or thought I had made the wrong choice. Although I was rasied in another church, we were not very active. When our family was being taught, I knew what the missionaries were teaching were true principles and I knew that Heavenly Father knew that I knew, therefore I could not deny it. Although there was some changes in our life style, I can say that I am a better person by living the priciples which are taught at church.

How I live my faith

I have receintly been called as Bishop for our local ward. The bishop is the local leader of a congereation. We are unpaid and donate our time and talents. A bishop generally serves for 5 or 6 years. I do not serve alone, most all active members serve in leadership or in a teaching position.
