Hi I'm Kyle

I cant play the violin, piano, cello, tuba, harp, and guitar, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm a snowboard addict. If there's a heaven on earth its in the mountains. The feeling of solitude while you ride down a mountain is unexplainable. Ive grown up in Utah my entire life, my parents were separated when i was young but i don't mind. It's just more people to love, plus i get two Christmas. Between my two families i have six awesome younger sisters, and one step brother. Besides that I love to photography, eating, camping, reading, rock climbing, snowboarding (again), and being with my friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because i was raised as one. But that doesn't mean i wasn't a convert. I converted to the church when i turned 18. At this point in my life i wasn't going down a good path, i was making some bad choices and i wasn't very happy. So i prayed to God. I needed forgiveness and i new that through Jesus Christ i could have that. Being Mormon has made me happy, its helped me make the right choices, and i know that Christ saved me. And he will continue to save me as I do my best to follow him.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a missionary in South Carolina. I love being able to serve others and tell them about the joy Jesus Christ brings into my life and how that joy can be in theirs as well. I love reading and studying the scriptures and the feeling of the Holy Ghost telling me that it is true as i do it. I love having the opportunity to pray to Heavenly Father and communicate with him, and by doing so knowing that He loves me.

Why do Mormons perform proxy baptisms in their temples?

Because not everyone has had the opportunity to be baptized. And baptism is essential to salvation. We are not forcing our kindred dead to accept Christ through baptism. We are just giving them the opportunity, for a spirit cannot be baptized by water. They don't get wet. Show more Show less
