Hi I'm Cody

I am married, and have 3 children. I'm a resident physician, love college football, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father with 3 kids that I wouldn't trade for the world! They remind me every day why it is great to be a dad, and why I chose to be in a profession surrounded by kids. I have a wife who has put up with a lot during our long journey to become a physician. My wife is my best friend and I feel like I can tell her anything. I am a college football fanatic, and can get a little crazy when I'm watching my team! I love fixing and restoring classical cars, and plan on collecting as many as I can. I love the mountains, the ocean, and being in the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family who went to church every Sunday. My parents taught me at a very young age the importance of living the principles that the Savior taught. They also taught me that we have a prophet on the earth today who can direct us through the challenges of life just like those prophets in ancient times. I have read, and prayed about the Book of Mormon, and know that it is true and correct through the promptings of the spirit. Through prayer I also know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel of Jesus Christ to the earth. I have gained a deep respect and appreciation for the sacrifices that he went through so I can enjoy the gospel of Jesus Christ in its fullness. The principle of eternal marriage allows me to be able to live with my family forever, even after this life. That knowledge truly makes me happy, and makes me want to share that knowledge with others.

How I live my faith

I attend church meetings whenever I possibly can, and try my best each day to live by the teachings of Jesus Christ. Whenever I make mistakes, I know that I can be forgiven because of the sacrifice that Christ has made for me. I always try and learn from my mistakes, and continue trying to be the best example that I can to my family and others.
