Hi I'm Chris

I produce events for high school bands, choirs and orchestras. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been happily married for 13 years. My wife and I have been blessed with four beautiful children. I have worked for the same company since 1997 when I returned home from my mission. I love to work on things around the house and get a great deal of joy from being my famiy's handyman. Even though my job requires me to travel, still one of my favorite things to do is take my family to new locations. I have the travel bug for sure, but there is no place like home!

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I was baptized at eight, like many lds kids are, I did not really start going to church until I had graduated from high school. I was blessed with some great lds friends my senior year, and they began to make a great impression on me. After graduation I moved in with my dad and step mom, who were active in the church. I decided at that time I would go back to church, mostly just to fit in at home. It didn't take long for me to realize that this was the right church for me. I came to know for myself that this church contained the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. About a year after I became active in the church, I was leaving on a two year mission to serve my Lord and Savior. All the best things in my life have stemmed from that decision come back to church. I have never faltered or regretted that decision.

How I live my faith

I attend church faithfully with my family nearly every Sunday. I wish I could say I never miss a week but unfortunately my job sometimes requires that I'm away on Sunday, and quite often it's a travel a day for me. However I have been fortunate to serve in the church in many capacities. I have worked with the youth of the church, both as a Sunday school teacher and a boy scout leader. I spent a few years with working with the adult men of the church to help make sure the needs are being met of the families of the church members in our area. I have also spent a couple years working with the local full time missionaries teaching and coordinating their efforts with the efforts of the general church membership in the area.
