Hi I'm Brad

I have my masters in mechanical engineering, I love life and couldn't be happier with the family God gave me, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I have recently left graduate school in Idaho with my Masters of Science. I accepted a job way down south in humid Florida and love the beautiful area. I have the most adorable little girl that is instantly to center of attention of any public location we go. My wife is from Minnesota and together we can't stop having fun. I enjoy participating in a wide range of games and physical entertainment. I country dance, play basketball, soccer, ultimate Frisbee and much more. Currently I work for the local electrical utility company to reduce energy consumption of large commercial business.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon and consider myself blessed to have exemplar parents who lives bore witness of the eternal blessing that you can receive by living the principles that God has communicated to the prophets of this church. I wish to receive those same blessings so I have continued to follow my savior in this church to which I know to be true.

How I live my faith

The church is divided into small regional units called wards, the size of the region depends on the amount of members in the area. These wards are kept to a good amount of people to enhance support and friendship. In my particular ward I serve as a councilor to a leader over the younger group of men. I've come to personally know the majority of these men and serve them whenever I can. I've helped several people move, visited them in their home, help them find a job, participate in the many activities of the ward, etc.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Brad
The Bible is a collection of testimonies of Jesus Christ the savior of the world. We believe it to be the word of God given to prophets to of old from the eastern hemisphere. We believe that there is no book that can contain all the works of the Lord among his children, but what he has given we consider to be priceless and live by. We read the Bible in addition to all the given word past and present to come to know our Savior and Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
