Hi I'm Joseph

I'm a Mormon. I wasn't always a Mormon. I was baptized after I graduated High School.

About Me

I've lived all over world before I joined the LDS church at 18. I have lived anywhere from Southeast Asia to South America and Both Coast of the United States. I've been married for 17 years and have suburban full of kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I was looking for something most of my life. I had a chance to study alot of religions as I travelled all over the world while I was young. I've been to Buddist Temples and been with Buddist Monks, I've been to Catholic Mass in many countries in many lanuguages, I've been to Mosques in the Middle East and I've been around many more religions. I found a bit of truth in many of them. But I found, learned, and understood the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the Mormon Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) to have the entire story... More of the truth of our exsistance before, during, and after. There were current Prophets teaching current revelations. I really do know that the Mormon Church is lead by real Prophets. And he leads with the Authority of God.

How I live my faith

I currently help in the Welfare of the members of the ward. I try to teach and guide members in better financial skills, life skills, food storage, and anything else. Honestly, I use those skills I teach to live my life with my family. My hope is to give my friends and kids a fighting chance to have a better fuller life with less of the world telling them that they have to have this or that to be happy. I am actively involved in community events fom Triathalons to Parades to booths at safety fairs. I'm the person that many in the community would go to to ask to round up volunteers. I also go to Methodist church, Catholic Church and the Baptist Church and assist them in service projects and mentoring their members. Yeah, I'm a Mormon. But I serve as Christ would serve. I'm usually first to step up to help, it doesn't matter who you are. You be surprised the types of people I've helped, and they would turn to me and ask "Are you Mormon?" The answer has always been "Yes"
