Hi I'm Janice

I grew up on a farm in Idaho that has been in my family for over a hundred years. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am wife and mother of two children. My children have just recently left home on their own journey in life. I am looking forward to new activities with my husband. I love to go hiking because I love moutains. I love to sew and have used my sewing skills many times while raising my family. I also love to read and enjoy learning new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a mormon my whole life. My home in Idaho was founded by my pioneer ancestors. I love this church but I have had to gain my own knowledge if this is the true church. I have found that it is true and it brings me so much happiness. We have been given a wonderful plan to follow from our Heavenly Father. Jesus Christ is our Savior and has saved the world thru his atonement. We have a living prophet in our church who can receive revelation for us in our day. All of these things make me happy that I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love to be able to go to church each sunday. I work with the Young Women program in our church. It is such a great program because it teaches our young women that they are daughters of God and very special to him. It teaches them that they can do hard things and great things. Families are important in our church and this church has helped me in raising my family. I know they will be a force for good in the world. I know I am a better person for being a member of this church.
