Hi I'm Dan

I'm a Mormon. I live in Chandler, Arizona. I grew up in Mesa, AZ as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I am a proud father of 4 wonderful children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy my profession in the high tech industry. I love playing and watching sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). I enjoyed growing up in the Mormon church. I created many wonderful friends and memories. I decided to serve a full-time Mormon mission when I turned 19. My mission changed my life. It was a great opportunity to serve the people in Ohio for two years. While serving my mission, I really came to know the gospel of Jesus Chris was true. Everything the Savior taught was contained within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Mormonism is the avenue I use to practice Christianity.

How I live my faith

The Mormon church provides daily opportunities to live a Christlike life. The church coordinates community outreach programs. Many of our members are actively involved in school and political arenas. Mormon's are productive members of society. I actively volunteer to help the homeowners association. Both of my son’s are actively involved in Boy Scouts of America. We have participated in numerous activities in the community that will improve the lives of those we served. In the Mormon church, each of us volunteer our time and resources to help others. I practice my faith by visiting homes of other families that belong to our church. I encourage them to live good wholesome lives and follow after the example of Jesus Christ. I also help them with daily tasks that can not be accomplished alone. Within the church, I am responsible for organizing a group of middle aged men. We meet together every Sunday to talk about the principles of the gospel. I coordinate other activities that will help them worship the Savior and live a Christlike life. I have helped many people move to and from the area. I have also helped with yard work and other household chores for the elderly and single parent homes. I also live my Faith by setting a good example of a virtuous life. When I travel on business and all other aspects of my life, I refrain from drinking alcohol. It provides a opportunity for me to share my beliefs with others as they ask questions about my lifestyle. Lastly, I read the scriptures and pray everyday. This helps me continue to live a Christlike life. My family and I are reading the New Testament together. As we read about the life of Jesus Christ, it helps me to live my faith.
