Hi I'm Brad

I grew up in Arizona. I am finishing dental school, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am in my late twenties, my wife and I have always wanted to start a family and recently were able to adopt a handsome baby boy, who is the light of our life. I went to an undergraduate program here is Arizona until being accepted into dental school in 2008. I am currently a senior and preparing to graduate and move into a community dental clinic after school. I enjoy the outdoors especially hiking and camping. I love being a father to my new son.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up Mormon I never really questioned the truthfulness of the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints until later in my youth. It wasn't until High School when my friends would ask me why I believed certain things that I realized I didn't know why, but rather just followed the lead of my parents and older brother. During my junior year is when I lost my older sister to a tragic accident when she was twenty. It caused a great deal of emotion and stress in my life and forced me to reflect upon what I really believed, and I turned to reading scriptures. While it was a very difficult time, I came to realize the love of my savior for me through reading scripture, including the Bible and Book of Mormon. It was a time that I for once truly read to know for myself if what I had been taught my whole life about being Mormon was true. It's hard to described my feelings and emotion, but I gained a strong testimony of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and hence the Mormon church. I continue to grow and better understand different principles of the Mormon church everyday, and cannot express the gratitude and love I feel for finding the truthfulness of the gospel.

How I live my faith

Serving others is the biggest way I live my faith. Prior to dental school I had an opportunity to volunteer in a local school system, helping drop-out's earn their GED. It was such a rewarding opportunity that I will never forget. I currently help organize and set up appointments for church leaders. I also visit different church members each month, just to see how they are doing and how their life is going.
