Hi I'm Kaitlyn

I'm a teacher. I'm a violinist. I'm a Zumba instructor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in a small town with my husband and 2 dogs. We are currently remodeling the duplex we live in. I like to sing, dance, read, plan, travel, play the violin, and I love going on cruises (and lots of other stuff, too). I graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's in elementary education. I collect house plans and books. I love teaching! I currently teach preschool and Zumba. I spent a semester in China teaching English to 2nd graders. I love life. I have a positive outlook on things and hope for the ability and courage to make a difference in someones life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the teachings of this church make sense to me. I have seen so many miracles and amazing things happen because of this church. Through being a Mormon I have come to realize the things that are important in life and how to become closer to those things. We have the answers to so many of life's questions and they are taught to even our youngest members. I love the emphasis the church puts on family and how important they are in our lives.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be like Jesus. My calling in our ward is in the presidency of the women's organization called the Relief Society. I love visiting the women in the ward and making their day a little brighter. I love working closely with women and discussing with them about how we can help our families last forever!!! I love doing service for people.
