Hi I'm Tyrone

I live in the beautiful north west i'm married have four children I love aviation, boating, horses and snow sking I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 50 years old. I am an airline pilot and I have always loved aviation. I own a small plane and enjoy restoring old aircraft. I also live on a farm. We have horses and cows along with other aminals. I like to sail and water ski as well as snow ski. I love to play tennis and spend time with my wife of twenty-five years. I have four children, three girls and a boy. All have moved on to college but one. My two older girls are married and my son is on a mission for the church. I have one daughter still at home. I am very proud of each of them and the choices they have made.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church when I was sixteen and had always been impressed with the importance on family. As a husband and father it means more to me now than ever. It seems now that the world just keeps moving away from family values and it's nice to have the support of the church. I have always believed that our Heavenly Father still answers our prayers and gives guidence to us personally and to the church as a whole through our Prophet. I know that Jesus Christ lives and am so grateful to have the gift of the Holy Ghost and have the ability to be sealed to my wife and children for time and all eternity in the Temple.

How I live my faith

I try to be a good example to those around me. I try to be honest and uplifting. In the church I have been asked to oversee stake service projects (a stake is a group of six to ten congerations) I just finished one where, with the help of many in the community, we refurbished the city fairgrounds and built a barn. We had about four hundred people there and it was simply amazing to see what can be done in a few hours of service. We followed that up with a potluck meal and had a great time visiting one with another. I am always happy when someone asks about the church because I then get the opportunity to tell how blessed I have been as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
