Hi I'm Erica

I am a wife, a mom and a student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a normal person. I love to read and sew. I have always enjoyed school and learning new things. I am currently dealing with the challenge of infertility and am learning a lot about myself and how i deal with difficulty. I have an amazing son that I am grateful for everyday as well as a wonderful supportive husband.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but I have had to make the decision myself whether or not this church was right for me. With all the experiences that I have had in my life I have found that the principles of the gospel are what keep me centered and at peace. I still have hard times, but with the understanding that I have gained that my Savior knows me and what I am going through, I have been able to navigate those hard times and learn from them. I have been able to do things that I never thought I would be able to do. I feel happy, at peace and safe within the gospel. During a very difficult time I felt very alone and confused, but I knew that I had always felt safe at church, so I went. From that experience I continued to feel safe and more at ease. Looking back at that time I realize that Heavenly Father was helping me through that time by helping me remember where I could turn for peace. I have seen miracles in my life and I know that they were mercies sent by a loving Father in Heaven for me.

How I live my faith

I have a great opportunity to lead the music in our ward choir. I love the opportunity to participate in the gospel through music.
