Hi I'm Tyson

I grew up in the great farmlands of Idaho. I love to accomplish what needs to get done. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a rural area of Idaho. It led to endless opportunities to do fun outdoor activities. I love playing basketball, hunting, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and boating. I love music and have spent lots of time playing the drums and fiddling around on the guitar. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and creating fun memories that you can remember forever!

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been apart of the LDS church, but as with all beliefs eventually you have to decide for yourself. My parents raised me to be responsible and make decisions for myself. Through the example of others and how the gospel of Christ helped them I obtained a desire to find that same belief for myself. I remember a few precious experiences I had where I came to know personally from my Heavenly Father through the Holy Ghost that the gospel taught in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was true. I have come to know that there is a prophet on the earth today and that Christ is guiding His true church. As I have lived these teachings they have become real to me and the only true source of happiness that I have found. Following the Savior has become more than a "belief," but now an everyday quest.

How I live my faith

Right now I am a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Serving a full-time mission is a unique experience because of the dedication it requires to follow Christ. For two years missionaries constantly set aside jobs, school, and family and preach the gospel wherever they are called to serve. I absolutely love the difference one person can make in the world today. With the help of Christ one person can have a gigantic influence on those around them. Truthfully that is what it is about. Christ said figuratively that those that keep their lives would lose it, and those that lose their lives for others would find it. Another example of a completely true teaching of Christ.
