Hi I'm Dan

I am a husband, a father, I work in the aerospace field, I am a veteran living in the Seattle area, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to spend time with my family. We really enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, bike riding, and hiking. I have been in the US military for 12 years and am currently working on a bachelors degree in business administration.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the LDS Church, but was not converted until I was 23 years old. I had many spiritual experiences before being converted, but did not gain a testimony until I pondered and prayed about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since my conversion I have had many undeniable spiritual experiences that have strengthened my faith and testimony of Jesus Christ. All of these experiences involved having the Holy Ghost bear witness to me that the things I had heard or experienced were true. The culmination of all these experiences make up my testimony and I bear witness that Jesus Christ is our Savior and each of us must take upon us His name and enter the waters of baptism to be saved.

How I live my faith

I serve as an assistant to our congregations spiritual leader who is referred to as a Bishop. I help to plan the weekly meetings and have a responsibility to work with the youth ages 12-18. I really enjoy the opportunity to serve the members of our congregation.
