Hi I'm Dina, I love gumballs

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Arizona most of my life. But have also lived in Mexico, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah and California. I am a happily married mother of 4 children with one granddaughter. My son is currently serving a mission in the New York, New York North mission. I am currently serving in my ward as the 1st counselor in the Relief Society which is a organization strickly to build up the women in our area. I love to sing. I have loved singing since I was little. I love to spend time with my family on the beach. The beach is my favorite place on earth. I love to hike with my family in the High Sierra's of California. I just love being with my family anywhere. I enjoy reading, cleaning and organizing, running and keeping busy. I also love candy... Candy corn, chocolate, and most of all bubble gum.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My parents were always activing serving members. When I was young I was always taught that I needed to find out for myself if the church was true. I studied and remember one time kneeling down in prayer asking my Heavenly Father if the church was true and if Joseph Smith was a prophet and restored the true church. I felt a overwhelming feeling of warmth of Love and knew that feeling was from my Father in Heaven telling me it was true. I have never doubted it. Even when trials have come to me and my family I have always known my Heavenly Father loves me and this is his church and he has a plan for me.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by living the 10 commandments and by loving and helping those around me. I help the women in my area in teaching ways we can better ourselves and the lives of our families. We take meals, help with children and chores in people's homes when people are ill or have had babies or surgery. We do many service projects in the community to build up the people around us. Serving and helping others is what our Savior was all about. He loved all and served all. We should be like him if we are christians. I strive to do this everyday.
