Hi I'm Emily Ann

I'm a wife and a mother. I'm an engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I work full time as a mechanical engineer. Every day I look forward to the time I spend with my husband and baby in the mornings and evenings. In my free time, I enjoy reading good books, volunteering with high school robotics teams, and taking luxurious naps.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the comforting feelings in my heart when I choose to do what is honest and right. Keeping the commandments and following the gospel of Jesus Christ helps me to know and do what is right. I feel God's love for me when I read His holy scriptures, listen to uplifting music, or help someone in need. When I go to church and partake of the sacrament, I have those same feelings of comfort and love. I have prayed and asked my Heavenly Father to help me know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is His church, and he has answered my prayers. I know that I belong to His church. I know that He loves and cares for me personally. I know that the scriptures are true and teach of Him. I know that He has a prophet on the Earth today.

How I live my faith

On Sundays, I enjoy teaching Sunday School to a class of 8 year old boys and girls. I also enjoy meeting with the women of the church; they are so wonderful and have been such a support to me through the good times and the bad. Right after I had my baby, so many of them called and asked to bring dinner for my family.
