Hi I'm Jason

I'm a father of four. I'm a professional video producer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the father of four beautiful children, the husband of one beautiful woman and a video producer by trade.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a Mormon growing up because I was born into a Mormon family. My family wasn't perfect, but there was no doubt that we loved each other. When I turned 19 and was faced with the daunting prospect of spending two years of my life on a proselyting mission, I began to question my faith. I realized that I could no longer rely on what my parents had taught me. I had to seek out the truth for myself. After much reading and study, I asked God in prayer, if the Book of Mormon was the word of God and if Joseph Smith was truly a prophet. In answer to my prayer, I felt the love of God pour into my soul and wash away my doubts. The Holy Ghost confirmed to me in a powerful way that this is God's church. This experience changed my life. It was the moment that true conversion began. Being a Mormon is not easy. It's way more than where I spend a few hours on Sunday. It requires my heart, might, mind and soul and it's totally worth it! It makes me so happy to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints!

How I live my faith

With four kids and a busy work schedule, life is always challenging! But, with the teachings of Jesus Christ through ancient and modern prophets, there is no lack of instruction, guidance and encouragement. I can't think of a better way to live my life. Former president of the church, Gordon B. Hinckley said; "The gospel makes bad men good and good men better." I've found that as I apply correct principles in my life and strive to live the commandments, I become a better husband, father, neighbor... just a better all-around person. I've tried out the world's formula for happiness and come away empty. I have discovered that for real, lasting happiness, the gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way.
