Hi I'm Tyler

I'm from Logan Utah. I love life, And live to Love. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My Name is Tyler, I enjoy doing anything with sports or the outdoors. Camping, hiking, fishing just being outside and enjoying the beautiful nature that our Heavenly Father created.Basketball and football are... the best. I enjoy just getting out and competing, playing ball and just having a good ol time. I love spending time with my family and friends. Nothing is better than spending the day with the fam, playing games, watching movies or just spending time together. I'm a video game fan. Call of Duty anyone? I love music. can't really play anything now but hope to some day. But i could listen to music all day. And night. I'm a big Alesana fan. I love: I see stars, We came as romans, escape the fate, a day to remember, burden of a day, Asking Alexandria, The Fray, Any and all cover songs, Silverstein, Avenged Sevenfold, MoTab, Alex Boye, Paul Cardell, anything on the Piano. I just love music. I attended college for awhile up at Utah State and hope to continue on there and finish up my studies. I love learning and growing each day. What a great blessing that is for us all. Went to Brazil for a year, learned portugues and got to serve the wonderful people there. I'll have the chance to stay in Alabama for another year serving and helping the people here learn more about our Savior Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, my parents are members, grandparents are members and many generations before that. But that's not why I am mormon. I, like many other people had to find my own testimony of the truthfullness of the gospel. And so thats what i set out to do. I prayed and searched the scriptures for quite a few months as I was trying to decide whether or not I was going to serve an LDS mission. I had to have a certainty for myself that what I was about to go and teach another people was true. As I read and prayed my answer didn't come all at once but instead it was a slow process but as I started to live the gospel more fully I started to have more happiness than I ever had come into my life. I started to see my purpose in life and what I needed to do to better serve God. So I decided to go on a mission. I was able to come to truly know for sure that God lived and knew me personally and that this was his church and his kingdom on the earth. As I have been out to share the gospel it has been such a blessing to see how the gospel affects the lives of others, how it blesses them as it has blessed me.

How I live my faith

I try every day to do what Christ would do if He were in my place. I am by no means a perfect person but I try to live my faith each day by the way that I treat others and myself. I try my best to serve and help someone every day that I have been blessed with here on this beautiful earth. I feel and know that we show our gratitude and love for our Heavenly Father by the way we serve and treat other people. I try to pray and recieve communication from my Lord every day. I try to be better today than I was yesterday. And I plan on being better tomorrow than I am being right now. Our saviors Atonement allows us to do so. To become better people everyday. To be changed through his grace and mercy. I try to serve faithfully in the callings and positions that I have in the church. Like I said earlier, I STRIVE to do what God and Jesus Christ would have me do and what they would do if they were in my place. I love the Gospel. I love My Savior. And I love all those whom I meet on a daily basis. The lord wants us to love our neighbors as ourselves.
