Hi I'm Dave

I'm an oncologist in Pocatello, Idaho. I play golf and I go to BYU football games. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married and have four children. I am retired from the US Air Force. My family and I spent 17 years in San Antonio, TX before moving to Pocatello, ID. I was deployed to Iraq twice while in the military. Before moving to San Antonio, I was stationed at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. I attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. I did my undergraduate work at BYU. I grew up in Salinas, CA. I was an avid runner for years, but now I golf for fun and exercise. I like taking vacations with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. I developed a very strong testimony of the gospel as a teenager. My testimony has been strengthened by many wonderful experiences over the years. The gospel and my family are the most important things in my life.

How I live my faith

I try to be kind to those around me at work and at activities. I read my scriptures daily. I pray daily. I try to fulfill my church callings faithfully.
