Hi I'm Donald

I grew up in Colorado. I love music and science. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from Colorado, but study at BYU Provo. I served a mission for the church in China Hong Kong and recently returned. I am not quite sure what to study in school yet, but I will figure it out eventually. I love people. People is what makes life worth living. Family and friends, that is what life is about, being with those we love, and the gospel of Jesus Christ helps us to improve all those relationships and learn how they can last forever. I love music as well, singing, playing guitar or piano. I enjoy being with those I love the most though and just enjoying other people. I enjoy the outdoors and doing things. Its the best!

Why I am a Mormon

My whole family is Mormon, so that is of course why I know the church and was baptized and things like that, but of course I myself had to find out if I believed these things are true. Its simple really, I prayed, I learned God was there, I read the Book of Mormon, I felt through the Holy Spirit that it is true, I learned about the Prophet Joseph Smith and the Restoration of the gospel, and through prayer, scripture study and church attendance, I received a witness from God that these things are true. And that is why I am Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by what I do, what I think and what I say. Its more then just what I do, its a part of me, its in every thought, or at least I try to make it that way. No one is perfect of course! But with the Gospel of Jesus Christ we don't need to be perfect now, we just need to constantly strive to do our best and God will help extend and stretch us so someday we will be perfect. I live my faith by serving others, loving them, helping them. Reading daily from the scriptures, attending church every week, attending the temple frequently, by saying daily prayers, its more a matter of what I do all the time then sometimes. I do my best, and that is how I live my faith.
