Hi I'm Bob Hendrickson

I'm a superintendent for a commercial construction company and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy hiking with my wife, 4-wheeling in our Jeep, and exploring the mountains and desert of Arizona. I enjoy doing home improvements. I like artichoke whole wheat pizza and watching movies on Friday and Saturday nights. I also enjoy visiting the temple regularly and especially going to different temples when we're on vacation.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe a family can be united forever. I have a great desire to be with my family beyond this mortal life. I believe we have a prophet on this earth today and that God speaks through him to us. I believe the Book of Mormon is truly another testimony of Jesus Christ and His love for us. I'm also a Mormon because I believe in living a clean, healthy lifestyle as taught by the Word of Wisdom (Doctrine and Covenants 89).

How I live my faith

I attempt to be an example of my faith each day by not swearing, being polite, and respectful to others, and looking for ways to help others and be a friend. I do my home teaching, which is to visit families that are members of our Ward (local Church group) that I am assigned to visit. I visit them monthly and take a Gospel message and look for ways to help them. I am friendly to my neighbors and try to help them with their needs. I attend the temple regularly and attend Church meetings every Sunday. I observe the commandment to keep the Sabbath day holy. I participate in organized service activities within my community. I pay tithing and other offerings to help those less fortunate than us and to help in the building and maintenance of new chapels.
