Hi I'm Mark

I am a root canal specialist, a husband, a father and I am a Mormon.

About Me

One can say that it is sometimes better to give than receive in my field of work which happens to be doing root canals. Most of my life has been devoted to higher education in science and biology. After five years of undergraduate studies, four years of dental school, a one year residency in general dentistry and two years of endodontic residency I became an Endodontist. I didn't always know that I wanted to be an Endodontist. Early in my life I thought that I would be involved in the family business. However, like some, I experienced my parents losing everything due to a bad economy and evolving market forces. My family lost everything. It was during these difficult times that I decided to work hard and focus on a professional pursuit that would give me some stability to me and my family. Over the years I have received many awards, honors and accolades in my profession, however; my biggest achievement in my life is marrying a beautiful woman and having four wonderful children. One cannot describe the happiness and joy I have being a husband and father. With all I have in my profession, I would have nothing if I did not have my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. Like everyone though I had to find out for me if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints had the truth. I am mormon because I prayed to find out if the doctrines were true and the Holy Ghost bore record to my soul that these things are true. I prayed to know if Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer and the Holy Ghost testified to me that he was. I have felt the power of Christ's atonement in my life and have been able to overcome many weaknesses. True happiness in life comes by living in a way that the Holy Ghost can touch the soul. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is truly Christ's church and in it you can find the way to live so the Spirit can be with you at all times. I like many have had challenges in my life, but I know through my own experiences, that the doctrines taught in the church truly lighten the challenges and brings peace and comfort to my soul. I can truly say that I have peace and happiness due to the truths that I have discovered. I know that Jesus is the Christ and He is the way to happiness.

How I live my faith

I actively participate in the church in a variety of ways. Most of my experiences in the church have been working with the young men ages 12-18. In working with the YM I try to help them find happiness and joy in their life by teaching them about Jesus.
