Hi I'm Roger

I'm a CPA with 9 kids and 16 grandkids

About Me

I am a husband and father first. I have worked at many jobs, mostly in the fincancial area, since I am a CPA. I received a heart transplant at 59 that has allowed my to continue to enjoy my wonderful life. I love and appreciate the Savior for giving me joy, hope and peace.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Latter-day Saint because: 1. My parents taught me the gospel and I know they would never tell me something that was wrong. 2. My ancestors made great sacrifices so I could enjoy the blessings of the gospel today. 3. I have studied the doctrine for 5 decades and it makes sense. 4. I have fasted and prayed to know that it is true by revelation from God. 5. I have experienced the joys and blessings of the gospel and I see my children and grandchildren being blessed for their faithfulness.

How I live my faith

I have taught the youth of the church for over 35 years and I love to see them be successful as they follow the principles of the gospel. I am a Rotarian because it allows me another way to serve as Christ taught us. My family has been blessed by other Mormons who have taught our children and given them good examples. Beginning July 6, 2015, my wife and I will be full-time missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are doing this because we love the Savior and want everyone to have the joy that we have experienced as members of His church.
