Hi I'm Hannah

I'm an actress, a student, a tutor, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently finishing up my Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and preparing to audition for graduate programs across the United States. I hope to make it to Broadway and, ultimately, win a Tony Award. I work as an English tutor on my college's campus. Some of my hobbies include reading and writing poetry, watching films, and attending concerts.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because the gospel promotes the idea of developing and maintaining a personal relationship with God, and His son Jesus Christ. I love the fact that personal prayer, scripture study and revelation are such important aspects of LDS doctrine. It is comforting to know that, no matter where I am, I have the opportunity to communicate with my Savior and Heavenly Father. This communication has helped me to overcome a variety of struggles within my life and -- in particular -- within the past four years. Without it, I'm certain I'd be lost.

How I live my faith

I attend sacrament meeting every week and have recently been assigned to visit teach a couple of sisters in my ward. I've been in my family's ward for the past few months, but I anticipate transferring into a Young Single Adults ward soon and hope to become more involved in church activities.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

The best way to increase faith in Jesus Christ is to study his teachings, as well as the teachings of apostles and prophets who lived after his ministry and testify of his truth. Taking the time to read and truly consider the scriptures is not only beneficial to your faith, but to your life -- especially when coupled with prayer. If you make an effort to pray and study the holy scriptures, do your best to live the commandments of God and have a true desire to increase your faith, it will happen. Show more Show less
