Hi I'm Aaron

Im a Mormon, grew up in the faith, & have gone through trials and experience that has strengthened my testimony beyond any doubt.

About Me

Right now in my life I am currently the a husband and father of twins. I have recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and am working as a Dialysis Technician. I am still working on other prerequisite courses and other fulfillments to get into a masters of Physician Assistant program. Any off time that comes available to me I take to enjoy training for triathlons and playing with my family and kids. My main sport focus right now is cycling, although thoroughly enjoy, swimming, running, hiking, wake-boarding/boating, snowboarding and the killer outdoors of the west.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in the church has been a great enjoyment and has kept me on the straight and narrow, although I must say I didn't really gain a true, strong testimony of the Mormon church (aka) The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints until I served a mission for my church. On my mission we were able to teach others what blessing can come from following in Christ's ways. I strived and continue to keep my self close the spirit. And did so on my mission to be guided to teach and say the right words at the right time. Amazingly enough, I felt that the lord was on my side. I was able to teach others and speak words beyond my capabilities. As I continually prayed for help as a missionary I could feel the great love and peace that would take over my mind, spirit and body. Being able to physically feel that, I knew that my Heavenly Father cares for me and wants me to help others feel that same way. Being able to understand the plan of the gospel and salvation, how we can all live together as families and friends beyond the veil, brings much peace happiness, and hope into my life.

How I live my faith

In my ward, serve as a Sunday school president and Sunday school teacher. Never really was a teacher but teaching about something I love makes it fun and enjoyable. More recently I thrive on and depend on seeking answers from my heavenly father making major life long and life altering decisions. Even though minor trials and tribulations have come along the way I know that I am extremely blessed. I am blessed because I have an amazing family and beautiful kids, a decent job, a roof over my head and all other perks of life. I live my life in a way knowing that the lord's will isn't always what I want but know that it is what is best for me and my family.
