Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Utah. I am in graduate school to be a pharmacist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a dad of two of the best boys. I am currently attending graduate school in pharmacy. I work in a pharmacy and in my spare time I spend time with my family. I love to go fishing, camping, hiking, and anything else outdoors. I enjoy cooking. I love woodworking and building new things.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel of Jesus Christ makes me happy. As I look around at all the different directions that one could go in this world, the Gospel gives me knowledge as to who I am and what I can become. I am a Mormon because I believe that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and I have a relationship with Him. The organization of the Church of Jesus Christ is the same that Jesus Christ himself organized when he was on the earth, including apostles and prophets. As I have studied other religions and been in other countries talking to people of other faiths, I have found that the LDS faith is complete. We do not claim to be better than anyone else, but we do claim to have the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am grateful for the knowledge that I have that I can be with my family forever. I love my wife and my two little boys and I want to share eternity with them. The standards of the church are solid and never changing.

How I live my faith

I am an active part of the community through serving in the Boy Scouts of America program. As an Eagle scout myself, I have also become a member of the Order of the Arrow. I believe that the Scouting program teaches boys important principles as to how to be a productive and respectful member of society. I also teach the 12-13 year old boys on Sundays. I love teaching these young men about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I enjoy learning about the struggles that these boys face from their peers at school and I love providing ways to help them avoid temptations. I think I learn more from them than they learn from me! I live my faith by being a good husband, father, neighbor and helping out in my neighborhood when others are in need.
