Hi I'm Ashley

I grew up in Michigan. I'm in college going for geriatric nursing. I am a competitive cheerleader. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the gospel but have more rough patches than I care to. I love to read and write. I cheer and like to play sports with friends. Im going to college for nursing. I have an amazing family and mom and cant wait to be a mother myself.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel. I love being able to tell my friends why I dont swear and drink or party. I enjoy having high standards that protect me from the danger and temptation around me. I know that all of our prayers are answered. I can testify to that through witnessing my own personal miracles. I am so happy when I follow the Lord and his commandments. I know that through the atonement we can be forgiven and live with our Father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ again. Through the temple we are able to be sealed to our families and live with them again. The priesthood is truly ordained of God and through it blessings can be given and we can be protected. Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet on the earth today and leads and guides us through revelation from God. I love this gospel and the way it makes me feel. I'm a mormon!

How I live my faith

I am finally getting in the habit of reading my scriptures consistently again. I do this daily along with prayer. I enjoy going home and eating with my family because I say prayers on my food and while my family may not, I know they see my example and will hopefully one day join me. I visit teach and attend institute. I also attend sports night and Family Home Evening when I am available.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Ashley
We believe that families can be together forever through sacred ordinances in the temple. Show more Show less
