Hi I'm Kim Jones Berezay

I love to laugh!! I love to live!! I am a Mormon!!!

About Me

I've lived in many areas of the U.S. but consider Oklahoma my home state. After graduating from high school, I went off to college at BYU to be around more people of my faith. I served a full time mission in the Inpendence, Mo. Visitor Center mission and then married the man of my dreams. We now call Washington home...which is a far cry from Oklahoma! In addition to the man of my dreams, I have 4 super fun children and 2 fun, yet trying, dogs. I stay home and work my fingers to the bone keeping up with the former! I love to read! I love to be social! Learning new things is exciting to me and love to figure out how people work/think/feel!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm became Mormon because my parents were Mormon. I'm STILL Mormon because I searched out and found out for myself the truthfulness the gospel brings. I enjoy the peace it brings my life. I'm not a fan of chaos....my theory is because I am a little chaotic myself! The gospel centers my home. It centers me. I love the teachings of joy that are taught in our weekly classes at church. I am grateful for a "plan" to return to my Father in Heaven. I'm very organized in my life. The gospel brings that pattern or example to live my life...to accomplish my goals in this life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith one day at a time. It begins with my daily prayer and scripture study. It flows into our daily family scripture and prayer. Then "oozes" out into my friends/family/associates. I feel like the choices I make directly reflect my faith and the way I feel about my faith. I look to better myself continuely, and the gospel gives me the way to be and do better. I am intentional about what I spend my time, and my families time, doing. This too is a reflection of my Faith. Through my Savior I'm able to keep my choices in life centered in His plan of happiness.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Kim Jones Berezay
Missionaries come and teach you the Gospel Of Christ as it's been set out in the scriptures. They can teach you how you feel the Holy Spirit. They might teach you how to pray. They will answer your questions on how we differ from every other religion. Having served and been a missionary myself, I always enjoyed assisting others in their quest to return to our Father.
