Hi I'm Liz

I grew up in Oregon and met the missionaries when I was 13. I live in Washington with my husband and three kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a AAS in Administrative Management and enjoy running, photography, movies, and hanging out with my friends. I love living near Seattle, there are tons of lakes and outdoor stuff to do. My friends are amazing and we're always getting together to do stuff. I was married in the temple 8yrs ago and love staying at home with my kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a family that was not very religious. So when I met the missionaries in 8th grade I was so excited to have someone teach me about Christ and the gospel. The young women's program was a great way for me to make new friends. The people I've met at church through the years have helped me get through the difficulties and joys life brings. I believe that the church is true and that Joseph Smith was a prophet of god. I believe that Jesus is the Christ. If we follow the commandments and surround ourselves with good friends, pray daily and read the scriptures we will have happiness in this life and the next.

How I live my faith

Teaching my family the about Christ and his gospel is important. I try to teach my kids how they can live the gospel and obey God's commandments. I learn from the scriptures and from my friends and leaders at church. As a family we gather together often for meals and play time. This helps us to feel more connected and loving, which also makes teaching and learning easier.
