Hi I'm Dennis

I was born in California. I'm a dentist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father of 4 great children. I love water and snow skiing, camping, gardening and most of all, spending time with my wife and family.

Why I am a Mormon

As I try to follow the teachings I have learned as a mormon I am constantly blessed with Joy and Happiness, even during the hard times. We have two children that were born with several disabilities. Through their infancies one underwent brain surgery and the other multiple heart surgeries as he was born with only half of his heart. During these surgeries there were times when we did not know whether they would survive or not, our son went into cardiac arrest twice. Even during these hard times I could feel the comfort of my Savior, Jesus Christ, near my side. I knew through the teachings of the church that no matter whether my children lived or left this mortal life that I would be able to see them again and that all would be alright. What great comfort this brought my wife and I. I have always believed this church to be true, but, through this and many other experiences I have come to have a strong testimony of the truthfulness of this church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I attend church services every week where we learn the teaching's of Christ. In the church we are taught that we should try to follow Christ's example of loving and serving others and that when we are serving others around us, we are really serving our Heavenly Father. I enjoy helping my neighbors in any way that I can. The church also organizes many service projects in the community, nation and world wide and I try to participate in as many of them as possible. I also enjoy sharing produce from my garden with friends, neighbors and my employees, I only wish I were allowed to have a larger garden so I would have more to share. I also live my faith by serving in the church, currently I am an assistant to one of the leaders in our local area. All the members of the church are given assignments to serve in the church.
