Hi I'm Seth

I live in Nebraska. I am an avid fan of college football. Go Big Red! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a proud father of two little boys and a baby girl. I am a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in accounting. After college my wife and our first little boy moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Because of this, I am also a fan of country music, biscuits and gravy, smoked barbeque and the Tennessee Titans. A year later we moved to Nebraska where I have grown to love steak and Nebraska Cornhuskers football!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth (John 18:37)." In studying the words of truth in the Bible and in the Book of Mormon, I have felt myself draw nearer to the Savior. I am a Mormon because it is a church were I can learn the truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and feel accepted as I continually try to better myself.

How I live my faith

I live my faith primarily by addressing the physical needs of those that live in our area. Whether individuals or families need help financially, have a carport that needs to be rebuilt, or just need help moving accross town, I am there to help. Jesus provided the perfect example to me of service to others, and the church provides me with many opportunities to emulate His goodness by doing the same.

Do Mormons practice polygamy?

No, we do not practice polygamy...and THANK GOODNESS! As my wife would attest, I have a hard enough time keeping one woman happy! Show more Show less
