Hi I'm John

I live in Arizona. I have a beautiful wife and five children. I am an airline pilot by profession. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I consider myself very fortunate. I have a wonderful family that I dearly love. We enjoy spending time together. We are a baseball family. Many an afternoon has been spent at the ballpark watching our sons play sports. Our beatiful daughter actually outdid her brothers earning more letters in High School excelling as an athlete! I am an Airline Pilot by trade and enjoy very much my work. It has been a great blessing in my life to see the world as a Pilot. Each sunrise I watch, I cannot help but be grateful for a loving Heavenly Father that makes all good in my life possible.

Why I am a Mormon

I come from a long line of Mormons. I am greatful for those that have come before me and blazed a true legacy of faith. Although forever grateful, I came to a point where I could not simply rely on my ancestors for my Faith. Even though I have always believed the Church to be true, I firmly believe that each of us must be converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ in a very personal way. My personal conversion is based on a lifetime of joyful experiences. Probably my most memorable experience came on the streets of Spain as a missionary many years ago. That experience changed me and gave me a sense of direction upon which I live my life. Why am I a Mormon? I find great happiness in trying my best to live how the Savior would want me to live. Simply put, the gospel of Jesus Christ allows me and my family to be happy!

How I live my faith

Simpy, I try a be a little better today than I was yesterday. Tommorrow I hope to improve upon today! I have had many opportunites to serve in the church. My most rewarding calling was when I was able to work one on one with individuals and with the help of the Savior make a difference in both our lives. I am certainly far from perfect. With the help of the Savior, just maybe, I can lift another and help make our world a better place.
