Hi I'm Tim Gasparrini

I have 5 daughters. I am an engineer. I joined the church in college. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have 5 daughters and a wonderful wife. I am a mechanical engineer and work on spacecraft. I have been part of endeavors that have collected comet dust, orbited and landed on mars and gone to Jupiter. I love my family and I love my work.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church when I was in college. I was searching for something. I would pray to be led to the truth and to find what was right. I found the church. I have had many experiences since I joined the church in 1979 that has confirmed the correctness of that decision. I have seen the hand of the Lord in my life and the lives of my wife and children. I have witnessed the Lord answer my prayers and felt the guidance of his spirit as I have tried to live my life to be receptive to its influence.

How I live my faith

First, I would say that I live my faith by keeping to the best of my ability the commandments. I try to love and serve others and find a way to bless my brothers and sisters lives. Second, I have tried to raise my children to be good, honest, and hard working and to stand for what is right in this world. Third, I have served in various responsibilities in the church organizations. I have worked with the youth and had to opportunity to be there as they try to live the gospel in an ever worsening world. I have served the college aged young adults as they are making decisions that affect the rest of their lives. I have been able to counsel with them and help them gain perspective as they struggle to live the gospel. I have taught young children the gospel and watched them soak up the stories of the Savior and believe in him and alter their lives to be more like him. All those experiences have helped me to strengthen my belief in the Savior and his church.
