Hi I'm John Ludlow

I'm a 42-year old father of three teenagers and have been married for 20 years. I love music, movies and running.

About Me

My wife Tamara and I have three wonderful teenagers that keep us busy. Our oldest child was on two national championship cheerleading teams in high school and is now studying cosmetology in Utah. Our two boys will be in high school this year together. Both boys have played soccer all their lives. When the 2011/2012 school year ends we will have two high school graduates under our belt and only one more child left at home. It's amazing how quickly time ticks by. As for me, I am a Chief Operations Officer for a nation-wide registered investment advisor and have been in the financial services industry for more than 16 years. I enjoy listening to music and watching good movies. Growing up I enjoyed playing team sports like basketball and baseball. After a couple of knee surgeries I have had to let those things go and have taken up running. In October 2011 I am scheduled to run my first marathon!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Mormon faith as were my parents. At one point in all our lives we need to decide for ourselves that we truly believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My faith grew the most when I served my two-year mission to North Carolina. Teaching others about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and seeing others become truly converted to His Gospel solidified my committment. Now, my wife and I work together to ensure that we support each other to bring our family closer together and closer to God.

How I live my faith

My wife and I have worked hard throughout our lives together to support each other in our church activities and to constantly teach our children right from wrong and help them make good decisions in their lives. We try to teach them in love so they know that the only way to truly be happy in life is to follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make the big and small choices each and every day that will bring them closer to Heavenly Father.
