Hi I'm Beth

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an empty-nester. Love to read, sew, play music on the organ, piano, flute or violin. Gardening and being outdoors, walking, bike riding, my family!!

Why I am a Mormon

The Church offers everything a person needs to help them in whatever situation they live. A living Prophet receives instruction from Jesus Christ on matters that are pertinent to our times. As I have lived by the guidelines given in the Gospel and teachings of the Prophet and Apostles, my life has been much easier, more stable. I have learned that happiness is a choice. Everyone has difficult times, but the Church has taught me how to rise above hard times.

How I live my faith

In my congregation I play the organ for worship services, help in the Primary organization which is for children ages 18 months to 12 years. Also I work with the leaders of 10 congregations, which are called Wards, in organizing their meetings and also scheduling appointments for the church members to meet with the leaders. The 10 wards combine into a Stake of Zion. All the members give of their service without remuneration. It is wonderful to have these opportunities.
